Curriculum Team Meeting

On September 14th, the New ELA Curriculum Team held it’s first meeting where the team worked on scope and sequence and overarching concepts for the year. The day's focus was on English Language Arts and Literature and was facilitated by Curriculum Team Lead Corina Fennel who thrives in knowing and understanding curriculum. Living Waters looks forward to supporting all teachers across the division as they continue to implement new curriculum from Grades 1-3 in Numeracy and Literacy, and from Grades 1-6 in Physical Education and Wellness.

Next meeting they look forward to drafting illustrative examples and mapping resources for upcoming units.
